Sentiment AV is a 2006 Registered and Branded Canadian Trakehner, currently 15.2 hh. Also known as Fiona, she is proving to be a great horse for the amateur rider. She goes around very nicely walk/trot/canter. She has started jumping full courses, and has even started to figure out lead changes, mostly on her own. She is very honest over her fences and is very capable, although her smaller stature, she has zero problem making striding. She is a very friendly mare, who is always the first one to greet you in the field. Everyone falls in love with this mare when they meet her sweet face.
Fiona has shown in hand up to her 3 yr old year. She presents nicely, has good conformation, a lovely head and neck, and moves freely and smoothly in all gaits. She is currently being ridden and will be shown through the 2010 season with a 12 yr old rider. She trailers like a dream, can live in our out, has feet like rock, is very easy to work around, and is very easy to keep.
Her sire Feuertanzer is a trakehner stallion who has sadly since passed away. His pedigree is filled with multiple Grand Prix performers and 4 elite stallions in his first 3 generations. And is known for super rideability and performance at the highest levels.
Feuertanzer himself possesses an exceptional temperament, conformation, gaits, and jumping aptitude. At his ATA inspection he was awarded a "Premium" status earning scores of ALL 9's and 8's, this was the 2nd highest ever given by the ATA. With over 100 offspring, he already sired 4 ATA horse of the Year Award winners, and numerous USDF in-hand winners. |
