Breeding Management

Let us take on the stress of managing and breeding your broodmare!

We have high conception rates with artificial insemination using fresh cooled semen. We will worry about teasing your mare, setting up ultrasound visits, ordering semen, insemination, and doing all vet checks, as well as any necessary procedures to ensure your mare is prepped and ready to be bred.

Our breeding goal is your foal.

We also offer foaling services. Our foaling stalls are large, safe, bedded down with plenty of straw to ensure a clean and safe environment for your foal. We have a camera set up in the stall so to ensure that we can keep an eye on your mare all the time. We are trained to recognize when things aren't going right, what to do when there is a problem, and when a vet is needed. All necessary neonatal procedures are done to ensure that your foal is born healthy and remains that way.

Any mares shipping in for foaling must ship in a minimum of 1 month prior to foaling to ensure that the mare has fully adjusted to the new environment well in advance to foaling. If mares haven't received their vaccinations prior to foaling we will automatically vaccinate them at the owners cost. All foals will receive a colostrum boost immediately after foaling and prior to nursing, will receive vitamin shots, and tetanus anti-toxin shot within 24 hrs after birth at the owners cost.

We do not breed with frozen semen. We can however set your mare up and have her ready to ship down to be bred with frozen semen so they are only at the other breeding farm for a week to save you money.

We can also raise and train your foal. We will imprint train, halter break, teach them to pick up their feet, and basically anything necessary to ensure your foal will not fear or attempt to dominate its handlers.
